Dance Classes for Children

Natana Dance loves children! We provide a nurturing and educational space for children to move and grow. These classes enhance cognitive development and provides movement and body awareness through ballet movement. Through the use of props, moving through space, rhythm, music and imagination, your child will be stimulated in a fun creative environment while learning to dance. Watch your child dance, learn and grow !

Special Fall intensive, beginning Thursday September 3rd! 3.30 pm – 4.00 pm and 4.15 -5.00pm.

Mommy and me Yoga

(2 + years)

Special class starting 3rd September every 1st and 3rd Thursday. FREE class!

This class is for you and your little one. (Dads are welcome too!) Experience a full practice with poses you can play and have fun with. Enjoy watching your little one learn the postures with you, while getting the benefits of a regular practice.

As dancers enter their teens, we can see their skills and grace begin to blossom. Our classes will work to improve many skills essential in our fast growing teenagers. For beginners and non- beginners, whether ballet, jazz, musical theater, or hip hop, our classes are designed to create a fun and friendly environment for your teen to express themselves freely and without judgement. These classes will help your teens improve not only their dance skills but also teach working together as a team and building a support for them as they increase their self-confidence, discipline, creativity, and performance skills.

Dance Classes for AdultsIf you’re just starting out as an adult, our beginner ballet classes will take you through the basic steps and postures of the beautiful art form of ballet. If you have never danced before this class will inspire you and develop your inner dancer! If you’ve been dancing for years, our intermediate and advanced classes move faster keeping you fit, flexible, and graceful as you learn new combinations.

Fitness Classes for Adults
